Clinical Mental Health Therapist - Schools and Clinic

We are seeking a mental health therapist who is interested in working, ideally, with all ages, both in person and telehealth. The position combines working in both the school and clinic settings. The specifics are highly negotiable and established in collaboration with each staff person.

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate and effective mental health therapy to individuals and families. • Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with a range of issues, such as mood, anxiety, psychosis, ADHD, and other concerns with the potential for individual, family, or group therapy.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their treatment goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
• Stay up-to-date with clinical research and advancements in the field of mental health
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and evaluate treatment outcomes

• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and interventions
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities

This position requires a Maryland State license as any of the following:
Licensed Psychologist, LMSW, LCSWC, LGPC, or LCPC.
