Base pay: £30 000–£33 000 per annum. We consider skills and experience when determining an individual’s salary.

You will support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, help lead and inspire staff, and ensure high‑quality care and learning for all children. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

You must hold a full Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare, recognised by the Scottish Qualifications Authority or relevant awarding body, with at least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting. You should have a strong understanding of the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition, safeguarding and child protection procedures, and be confident in leading a team to deliver high‑quality care and learning for children aged 0‑5, in line with Care Inspectorate standards.
