MET Technician

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Glasgow for the position of MET Technician. This opportunity is suitable for experienced MET Technicians seeking to advance their careers within a reputable vehicle repair centre. • Conducting mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on vehicles of various makes and models
• Diagnosing faults accurately and implementing effective repair solutions
• Using modern tools and equipment to ensure repairs meet high standards
• Completing repairs within specified time frames and quality guidelines
• Maintaining thorough documentation of repair work and parts used
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment

• Proven experience as a MET Technician or in a similar role within the automotive sector
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced repair environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are advantageous
• Familiarity with manufacturer procedures and accreditation is desirable
