Salary $135,000 - $165,000 per year.

• Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and preparation across individual, corporate, partnership, estate, gift, and trust returns.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff accountants, supporting their growth and development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering timely, high‑quality service.
• Oversee billing, budgets, and engagements, including consulting, review, and audit services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations while identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.
