- verifies and prepares checks for student activity fund expenditures.
- prepares monthly financial reports for principal review and submission to the district office.
- prepares monthly account statements for activity advisors.
- prepares and maintains records for annual audits of student activity accounts.
- ensures accuracy and compliance of financial records with applicable accounting practices and district requirements.
- prepares payroll documentation and independent contractor agreements related to student activity fund payments for services rendered.
- submits payroll and contractor documentation to the district office for processing and payment.
- performs related duties as assigned or required.
education/experience: any combination equivalent to education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and skills is qualifying. A typical way to obtain knowledge and skills would be:
education: equivalent to a high school diploma;
experience: three (3) years of bookkeeping experience.
licenses/certificates: none required.
