Aston Carter seeks an Invoice Specialist in Salt Lake City, UT. This contract-to-hire, on-site role runs 8 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday. You will identify information on vendor invoices, investigate discrepancies, allocate charges, and keep records up to date.
You’ll work in a small team with 401(k) matching after six months, a potential Cola/merit bonus after 12 months, and PTO after tenure. Excel proficiency and experience with SAP/People Soft/Oracle are essential.
