The Person al Assistant role is a part-time, on-site position located in Reno, NV. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules and calendars, and assist with day-to-day tasks. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings, and providing general clerical support to ensure efficient operations. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills just with me, no client interaction.
  • Common sense level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality-you will not be handling deep records just names of clients for organizing schedules.
  • You don’t need previous experience, just common sense.
