Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will assist the Branch Executive Administrator to coordinate the work assignments and scheduling of field projects. Reporting to the General Manager, the Administrative Assistant will also help with planning, scheduling workers, equipment, and waste disposal.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Billing functions for the branch.
- Assist with weekly Payroll, ensuring all hourly staff submit their timecards accurately and on time each week.
- Support the office’s key Waste
LINQ activities including creating, printing, and reconciling manifests - Assist with Inventory management and supply ordering for the branch
- May assist with other administrative activities as needed, and perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent time management and proven to meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills with multiple programs such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Email, Adobe etc.
- Good attitude and be a team player.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of Administrative or related experience.
