You Must Have:
- Proficient in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc., and computer skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Reliable Transportation and a valid driver's license
- A Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management
- Appfolio or other property management systems such as Yardi, Property ware, etc

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Ensuring efficient operations in leasing and marketing
- Meet deadlines and expectations.
- Accurately and timely completion of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting.
- Manage and maintain positive client relations and customer service (owners, residents, vendors)
- Answering multi-line phones, setting appointments, managing email and phone communication
- Lead management for potential renters and clients
- Processing Applications - Performing background checks, credit checks, rental and employment verifications, etc
- Preparing leasing documents for potential and current renters using property standards and regulations
- Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits, and application fees
- Eviction Processing
- Filling & Maintaining High Occupancy Rate
- Understanding of property maintenance or basic maintenance dispatching and work order management
- Maintain detailed and accurate records and daily logs of department activities
- Other duties as assigned
