We are looking for a Front Office Support professional to join our North America office in Reno. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to senior leadership and plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly. WHATYOU WILL DO
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to senior leadership and the broader team
- Prepare and format presentations, proposals, business documents, and internal communications
- Coordinate management meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport)
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, programs, and office events
- Assist with promotional and office‑related initiatives
- Take on ad‑hoc tasks that contribute to efficient office operations
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or management support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, reliable, and flexible approach to work
