Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations & General Office Support
- Greet and assist walk‑in visitors, residents, and applicants in a welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries accurately.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Maintain an organized, clean reception area, break room, and common spaces.
- Order, distribute, and track office supplies; maintain adequate stock levels.
- Maintain maintenance contracts for office equipment and coordinate repairs.
- Perform snow removal from walkways, entryways and parking areas with Maintenance Technician.
- Tenant Services & Property Administration
- Process rental applications, complete lease packets and required documentation.
- Conduct pre‑move‑in checklists to ensure units are ready.
- Calculate rent, process certifications, recertifications and maintain accurate records.
- Collect and record rent payments and enter data into property management software.
- Maintain organized tenant and property files in compliance with regulations.
- Assist Community Administrator with special projects and other property tasks.
- Administrative & Clerical Support to the Community Administrator
- Prepare, copy, fax, email and distribute correspondence and documents.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative records.
- Coordinate meeting logistics: ordering meals, setting up spaces, and managing vendor arrangements.
- Track program supply expenditures and report on supply needs.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Professional Development
- Pursue opportunities to strengthen technical and interpersonal skills.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and complete required certifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year apartment management experience preferred; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and Nevada landlord/tenant rights strongly preferred.
- Certified Occupancy Professional, CMH designation, and/or tax credit certification preferred.
- Proficiency with computers, data entry using Excel and Word Processing.
- Strong communication skills: oral, written, and telephone.
- Record‑keeping, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days of employment.

Location: HiWay 40 and Sage Street Village housing sites.
Pay Range: USD $23.68 – $23.68 / hr.
