JOB SUMMARY

Assist with basic office tasks such as reporting, onboarding, bookkeeping, filling reports, and communicating with employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of a High school diploma; and Two years' experience providing administrative support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Company wide Toolbox Talk signature tracking. Predictive Solutions Safety inspection tracking. Note taking and assistance with incident reviews. Special safety related projects or assistance with safety projects. Coordination with Safety teams on remote job sites. Attend weekly safety staff meetings- PPE may be required to attend these meetings. Cross train to fill in for vacations or illness with other safety positions. Complete new hire onboarding.

Train and be available for incident review data entry and meeting notes. PPE distribution edocs- data entry weekly Badging
- Renewal and ROF's Perform additional duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position). Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
