Overview
As a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our client operations running smoothly. By making sure client invoices align with their purchases and keeping our CRM accurate and up to date, you help build a strong foundation for excellent service company-wide. Your attention to detail and proactive approach prevent errors, keep teams aligned, and ensure our clients receive the best possible experience.
Collaborating across departments, you’re a key part of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running seamlessly!
This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.
Responsibilities- Match incoming receipts with client purchases and service orders.
- Accurately update the CRM with purchase changes, corrections, or additions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in purchase and payment records.
- Maintain clean, well-organized internal records according to company procedures.
- Communicate with team members to clarify order or receipt details.
- Support administrative tasks related to order processing and data tracking.
- Assist in maintaining reporting accuracy through timely documentation.
- Follow structured workflows, meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Process and balance daily deposits and ensure all client transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Input payment and client information into state websites for official filings.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding transaction statuses and any required information.
- At least 6 months of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working with a CRM system (preferred).
- The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet daily processing goals.
- Clear and effective communication skills in a team-focused environment.
- Adaptable and effective multitasking skills.
- The ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent (required).

Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the annual average compensation is around $35,360.
