Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support that helps business units stay organized, responsive, and on schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, appointments, and team activities while ensuring follow-up items are tracked to completion.
- Manage documentation, electronic filing, and recordkeeping practices to maintain accurate and accessible business files.
- Support transaction-related workflows, including processing deals, preparing invoices, and monitoring required documentation.
- Review correspondence, reports, and presentation materials to confirm consistency, formatting, grammar, and overall quality.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, client presentations, spreadsheets, charts, and other business development materials.
- Help organize marketing initiatives by supporting schedules, contact lists, reporting, and related campaign tasks.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate deliverables, and maintain timely updates.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support business development and client service activities. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or client support role.
- Background in commercial real estate is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience handling invoice processing, schedule coordination, and electronic file management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Talent Match®
