Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Office Manager with a background in the construction industry to join a well-established and fast-growing construction company. This is a high-impact role at the heart of daily operations, you will be the person who keeps the office running smoothly, supports leadership, and ensures that administrative functions are handled with precision and professionalism. The right candidate is someone who already understands the pace and demands of a construction environment and can hit the ground running from day one.
Compensation& Schedule
- Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM depending on workload and project deadlines

- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, vendors, and visitors
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation both digitally and physically
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for leadership
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist Executive team with tasks
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Support payroll coordination and timesheet tracking
- Maintain accurate records for billing, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and project documentation as needed
- Coordinate with project managers, field crews, and subcontractors on scheduling and documentation
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and action items for leadership
- Maintain subcontractor and vendor contact lists and compliance documentation
- Assist with permitting paperwork and job file organization
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork, personnel files, and benefits coordination
- Assist with certified payroll, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance documentation
- Provide direct administrative support to company leadership
- Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures
- Help onboard new employees and manage internal communications
- Act as a resource and point of contact for staff on office-related questions
