Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for daily gift processing duties and support of Senior Accounting Assistant.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with the daily gift processing duties & support of Senior Accounting Assistant:
Receive, review, and verify accounts receivable documents.
Perform data input and process donations, ensuring allocations &
donor intent are accurate and prepare receipts.
- Verify compliance with Foundation policy, University’s UAM, CASE
- Global Standards and IRS regulations.
- Performs all duties in a timely manner with 95% accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining an organized work environment.
Current University of Nevada, Reno student in good academic standing.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to learn new software systems and follow established processes.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Prior experience with data entry, administrative support, customer service, or database work is helpful but not required.
Current University of Nevada, Reno student in good academic standing.
