Service Porter

Job Summary

The Service Porter at Bill Pearce Motors is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Reno, Nevada. As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the service department's efficiency and providing excellent customer service to our clients by keeping the department clean and presentable, and by cleaning customer cars after service or repair. This is an entry-level position in our company and we have a promote from within policy.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.5 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

• Greet and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the service department.
• Retrieve and park customer vehicles.
• Wash, dry, and vacuum vehicles as needed.
• Assist technicians with moving and transporting vehicles.
• Maintain and organize service inventory, including fluids and tools.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
