As a Tire Service Advisor inside a premium OEM dealership, you will sell tires, inspect customers’ vehicles, diagnose tire‑related problems, and assist with store and service operations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Sell tires to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals.
• Inspect customers’ cars on the service drive.
• Diagnose tire‑related problems, recommend service, and quote prices.
• Ensure necessary repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted.
• Maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and dealer personnel.
• Oversee customer satisfaction and solve problems that arise.
• Complete monthly market analyses.
• Assist in store operations (e.g., inventory maintenance, opening/closing the store).
• Assist dealership technicians to ensure service levels are maintained.

• 2+ years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire and service environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• May be required to operate a motor vehicle; meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and online order management applications.

This position requires the applicant to be on their feet 7‑8 hours a day, keep up with service drive traffic, inspect 80‑100 vehicles a day, and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.

• Base pay range: $28.34–$30.85 per hour.
• Targeted annual commission: $13,200.
• Guaranteed commission for up to two months during training and onboarding.
