Lube Technician

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on light and heavy‑equipment vehicles. Work under general supervision to ensure efficient, accurate service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Inspect vehicles for malfunction or service gaps using SLT software or other diagnostic tools.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top‑ups, and basic updates such as tire rotations or battery maintenance.
• Conduct periodic safety and maintenance inspections on both production and company‑owned equipment.
• Apply recommended repairs or maintenance to customer and company vehicles and document all work on repair orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all manufacturer and facility safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service through clear, courteous communication and a positive attitude.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic automotive knowledge or proven willingness to learn.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to follow standard service procedures, safety protocols, and recording systems.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in a manual environment.
