This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Reno, NV. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, defining product strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. The role includes studying market trends, driving innovation, conducting data analysis, and ensuring the product aligns with customer needs and company objectives. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to successfully guide product development and delivery.

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and developing product strategies
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research, data analysis, and business strategy
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and design
• Excellent organization, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with product development in a technology-driven industry is a strong advantage
