The Analystis responsibleforconducting dataanalysisto support business operations and decision making. This role involves gathering data, performing statistical analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs.

• Assist in the development of analytical models to solve business problems.

• Communicate data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and address business needs.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

• DocumentSOPsfor internal andexternalteams.

This role is located in Reno, NV and requires working onsite.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Python, R, Power BI)
• Ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• High levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively on a team.
• Strong interpersonal skillsto prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in dataanalytics.

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Economics, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

• Ability to explore and validate measures and tables against source data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with CRM analytics and data (Hub Spot).
