• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices and processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on commercial operations in the data center or related industries.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
