Under limited supervision, this role helps maintain inventory levels and product quality by performing essential clerical functions, including records compilation, retention, computer updates, and requisition preparation. This provides the division with up-to-date inventory records to ensure efficient shipping and a high confidence in customer product. The employee may also be responsible for training and directing work of others.
This role may also receive overtime compensation.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 3pm
- Updates and maintains electronic inventory records
- Assists in inventory and procedural audits
- Prepares daily inventory reports using Excel and other electronic inventory systems
- Proof of Delivery (POD) research and reporting
- Provides general and recall backup support for Inventory Manager
- Processes product returns
- Performs other clerical duties as necessary

The incumbent interacts with customers and other service and product providers.
Education/Training:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Related
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Inventory Control and HACCP required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent math skills, strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented, basic computer knowledge, ability to work on complex tasks, prioritize workload, advise other departments on workflow, teamwork skills, and ability to be a resource to others in the division.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors. The expected base rate for this role is between $19 - $30.
