Concrete Curb Foreman – Reno, NV

AC Moate Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Curb Foreman to join our team in Reno, Nevada. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete curb construction projects, including crew coordination, safety compliance, and quality control.

• Lead and supervise concrete curb construction crews, assigning tasks and providing direction
• Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule work efficiently
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Conduct routine jobsite inspections to identify hazards or workmanship issues
• Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and productivity
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and equipment maintenance
• Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Proven experience as a Concrete Curb Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and jobsite conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification and knowledge of construction safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)
