Job Details
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year.

- Deliver new‑hire safety onboarding, toolbox talks, and routine field safety meetings.
- Perform routine and unannounced job site inspections, audits, and job hazard analyses.
- Identify unsafe conditions/behaviors and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors.
- Assist with incident, injury, and near‑miss investigations; support root cause analysis and corrective measures.
- Maintain safety documentation: inspection logs, training records, incident reports, and PPE inventory.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through consistent site presence and employee engagement.
- 2+ years of construction safety experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- OSHA 10 required (must be obtained within 30 days if not current); OSHA 30 preferred (to be obtained within 6 months if not current).
- First Aid and CPR certification required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
- Physically able to walk sites, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and wear required PPE.
