Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 DOE

We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial & Commercial Project Manager/Estimator for a growing leader in treatment plant and heavy civil construction in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area. Candidates should have no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years and 7-10+ years of experience in this industry for a self‑performing contractor.

• Lead and manage industrial & commercial concrete construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Estimate concrete work, develop project plans, manage crews, and ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Apply strong leadership skills and technical knowledge of structural concrete methods and materials.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets.
• Lead planning and execution of concrete construction projects, including site work, foundations, slabs, tilt‑up, and structural components.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Maintain project schedules and adjust resources as needed to stay on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality compliance.
• Estimating: Prepare accurate and competitive bids for concrete work, including quantity takeoffs, labor and material pricing, and equipment needs. Analyze bid documents, drawings, and specs to assess project scope and constructability. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Prepare and present estimates to management with clear cost breakdowns and risk assessments.

• Four‑year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven Project Management skills in self‑performed construction.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction.
• Proven success managing concrete projects from bid to closeout.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Strong estimating skills with proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Plan Swift, HCSS).
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Starting annual salary ranges from $115,000 - $130,000 DOE, plus discretionary annual bonus, company‑provided vehicle/w gas card, full medical coverage and paid vacation/PTO. Relocation expenses paid for the right candidate.
