Currently looking for an experienced Commercial Concrete Tilt-up Superintendent with 5-10 years or more hands on experience to fill an opening with a solid General Contractor in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area. Interested candidates must not have more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years and have 10 years minimum of experience in this specialized construction method.

• Lead all on site construction activities related to tilt-up concrete projects.
• Direct and supervise field crews, laborers, and subcontractors to maintain efficient work progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other trades to align with project goals.
• Monitor field productivity and enforce construction schedules.
• Conduct daily briefings with field teams to review progress, safety and next steps.
• Ensure all tilt-up construction phases, from panel casting to erection, are executed correctly.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, crane operators, and formwork crews to optimize panel placement sequencing.
• Resolve field issues and adjust execution strategies in real time to maintain schedule and budget.
• Track materials and equipment strategies in real time to maintain schedule and budget.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee layout, form setup, concrete placement and panel erection processes.
• Address quality concerns immediately and ensure punch list items are resolved promptly.
• Safety and compliance.
• Communication and Reporting duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, additional coursework or certification in construction management or field supervision preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction with at least 3 years specific to tilt-up concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of all phases of tilt-up, including forming, casting, lifting, bracing, and finishing.
• Demonstrated experience supervising crews on complex commercial concrete projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, shop drawings, and structural details.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, inspection protocols and safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
• Competence in using construction management tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing site conditions and resolve issues with a solution driven mindset.
• Ability to lift/move 50-75 pounds as needed.
• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, climbing or working in various outdoor conditions.
• Must be able to work in active construction zones and safely operate around equipment.

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 - $150,000 DOE, plus discretionary annual bonus, full medical coverage and paid vacation/PTO. Relocation assistance provided if needed.
