Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Core duties include project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in a project management role in the construction industry

Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Ability to lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout

Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors

Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Strong skills in project, construction, budget, contract, time management, planning, team management, negotiation, and risk management
