Operations Manager

$100,000 - $140,000 per year + full benefits

Well-established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor with a strong regional footprint and a reputation for quality, safety, and delivering large-scale projects to a high standard. A values-driven business investing in its people and processes as it continues to grow.

Lead all construction operations and own the profitable delivery of every roofing and waterproofing project. Manage and develop the department heads across the construction process, set the performance standards, and build the systems and quality controls that keep jobs on time, on budget, and to spec. Work closely with sales and estimating to tighten coordination, and partner with senior leadership on strategy, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

• Proven operations or construction management leadership, ideally in commercial roofing, waterproofing, or a related trade
• Track record of running multiple departments and hitting profitability, quality, and delivery targets
• Strong people leader who can set standards, develop managers, and hold a team accountable
• Confident with budgets, labor costs, and operational metrics, plus ERP and scheduling systems
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience, and a valid driver's license
