Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead Early Works activities for large-scale, mission-critical development projects. This role will oversee site preparation, civil infrastructure, mass grading, utility installation, environmental remediation, and overall project execution from preconstruction through site readiness.

• Manage onsite construction activities including mass grading, site development, utility installation, roadway construction, stormwater systems, demolition, and environmental remediation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive safety excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Establish project metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support permitting, agency coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure quality standards and contractual requirements are met.

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of construction management experience on large-scale capital projects.
• 7+ years managing complex construction programs.
• Strong expertise in heavy civil construction and site development.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contractors, and risks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with mission-critical, hyperscale, or industrial infrastructure projects.
• Background in cold shell construction, distribution centers, or large campus developments.
• Expertise in utility infrastructure and substation pad construction.
