We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Pre-construction Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Pre-construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of our construction projects. This position requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, specifically in multifamily construction. You will be at the forefront of our projects, overseeing the pre-construction process, including design, budgeting, and scheduling.

Your expertise in construction management and your ability to work with general contractors will be crucial in this role.

• Lead the pre-construction process, including feasibility analysis, concept development, design coordination, and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans and specifications are accurate and feasible.
• Prepare detailed project proposals and present them to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules and budgets.
• Evaluate and mitigate potential risks during the pre-construction phase.
• Collaborate with the construction team and general contractors to ensure a smooth transition from pre-construction to construction phase.
• Ensure all pre-construction activities comply with industry safety and quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on pre-construction progress.
• Foster a positive working relationship with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-construction management, specifically in multifamily construction.
• Proven experience in preparing project proposals and working with general contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
