Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Perform project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Strong skills in project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management
