Gray Construction seeks a Site Manager to join its Field Operations Team on field projects across the United States. You will own activities from startup to completion, coordinating safety, quality, schedule, planning, logistics, and subcontractors while leading the on-site team.
The role includes maintaining lookahead schedules, providing real-time updates to PMs, reviewing drawings, and tracking progress toward budget and customer goals. Travel to multiple project sites nationwide is required.
