We are seeking a Project Schedulers to join the Gray Team. Experience in construction industry is required.

Responsibilities- Assist the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule, coordinating with Site Management and Project Management teams.
- Evaluate construction sequencing, plan efficient workflows, and identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts and compression.
- Review two-to-three week lookahead schedules for accuracy, evaluate construction critical path(s), and prepare time impact analyses as required.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills to enhance project schedule performance.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
- Basic understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes of work, and the design process relative to the project schedule.
- Understanding of project administration, submittal process, document control, and change management.
- Ability to use schedule software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project and understand schedule principles such as logic, predecessors, successors, and float.
- Assist in project schedule development, progress updating, and coordination with site team and trade partners to meet milestones.
- Assist in preparing schedule update narratives, reports, and construction sequencing plans.

Typical responsibilities include standing, walking, sitting, using hands and arms, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. The role requires close vision and is performed in a normal office environment with moderate noise levels and controlled temperature/humidity. Overtime may be required.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 (subject to factors such as skill set, experience, and business needs).
