• Full-time • $100,000 - $135,000 DOE
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Concrete Superintendent with 5-10 years or more of hands‑on experience supervising concrete construction operations to fill an opening with a growing leader in treatment plant construction, structural concrete, flatwork, foundations, site concrete, vertical elements, and concrete work on a variety of project types. Interested candidates must not have more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the self‑performed concrete construction industry.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and supervise daily concrete construction activities on project(s) and crews at one to multiple job sites.
- Monitor project schedules and review work schedules for improving work methods.
- Manage and motivate construction crews to successful and correct completion of projects.
- Coordinate sequencing of work including excavation interfaces, forming, reinforcing, embeds, placements, finishing, curing, and stripping.
- Develop short‑term work plans and manpower projections to meet schedule and production goals.
- Collaborate with project management to identify constructability challenges and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, testing agencies, and other trades.
- Proven Project Superintendent skills in self‑performed concrete construction, including structural concrete, flatwork, foundations, site concrete, vertical elements, and concrete work on a variety of project types.
- Skill in successfully working with project teams, leading and mentoring foremen and field crews to promote productivity.

- Small to medium sized experience in the $1M - $50M project range required.
The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $135,000 DOE, plus discretionary annual bonus, full medical coverage, and paid vacation/PTO. Relocation assistance provided if needed.
