Senior BESS Construction Project Manager

ERSG is seeking experienced Senior Construction Project Managers and Senior Superintendents to support the construction and execution of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering large-scale renewable energy projects.

• Oversee the construction and execution of utility-scale BESS projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to drive successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
• Travel to project sites as needed throughout the U.S.

• Minimum 6 years of construction management experience

• Experience managing utility-scale solar and/or BESS construction projects
  .
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be based in Reno, NV or willing to relocate.
