ICC Special Inspector

Our client, a well-established consulting engineering firm, is hiring four (4) ICC-certified Special Inspectors to join their field team in Reno, Nevada. This is not a beginner position — we're looking for inspectors who already hold their ICC Reinforced Concrete certification, know their way around an active job site, and want the hours. If you're a team player who can handle the pace of the construction world, we want to talk to you.

• Perform special inspections and construction materials testing for code compliance
• Write clear, accurate daily field reports
• Sample and transport construction materials

Coordinate on job sites and communicate directly with clients and contractors

• ICC Special Inspector certification – Reinforced Concrete (required)
• 2+ years of inspection experience working under your ICC certs
• Able to work outdoors in all conditions on active construction sites
• Team player with strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Reliable — ready to commit to a full schedule and show up for the crew

• ICC Soils certification
• 5–6 days per week; overtime is mandatory — this role is for people who want the hours
• Night pours: must be available to work nights and/or weekends as projects require
