Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, project management, or commercial construction.
- Experience with budgeting, estimating, bid management, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam or similar plan review software.
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
- Commercial construction experience.
- Experience with value engineering, client-facing budget presentations, and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
