The Superintendentwillberesponsibleforoverseeingthedailyoperationsofconstructionsites,ensuringprojectsarecompletedontime,within budget,andtothehigheststandardsofqualityandsafety.

Theidealcandidatewillhavestrongschedulingskillsandbeproficientin Procoreand Microsoft Project .

Thisprofessionalinthisrolewillbeexpectedtoperformdifferenttasksasnecessitatedbytheposition'schangingrolewithintheorganizationandtheoverallbusinessobjectivesoftheorganization.

• Site Management:
  
  Directandsuperviseallon-siteconstructionactivities,ensuringcompliancewithsafetyregulations,project specifications,andqualitystandards.
• Scheduling:
  
  Develop,implement,andmaintaindetailedprojectschedulesusing
  
  Microsoft
  
  Project,coordinatingwithprojectmanagersandsubcontractorstoensuretimelycompletionoftasksandmilestones.
• Procore Utilization:
  
  Effectively use Procoreforprojectmanagement,includingtrackingprogress,managing documentation,andfacilitatingcommunicationamongteammembers.
• Project Coordination:
  
  Collaboratewithprojectmanagers,subcontractors,andsupplierstoensureeffectivecommunicationandseamlesscoordinationofworkactivities.
• Team Leadership:
  
  Leadandmentorconstructioncrewsandsubcontractors,fosteringaproductiveandsafeworkenvironment.
• Quality Control:
  
  Conductregularinspectionsofongoingworktoensureadherencetoplans,specifications,andqualitystandards.
• Safety Management:
  
  Enforcesafetyprotocolsandbestpractices,conductingsafetymeetingsandtrainingsessionstomaintainasafejobsite.
• Problem-Solving:
  
  Proactivelyaddressanyissuesorchallengesthatariseon-site,providingsolutionstokeeptheprojectonschedule.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  
  Maintainaccuraterecordsofconstructionactivities,dailylogs,andprojectdocumentation,reportingprogressandissuestoprojectmanagement.

• Minimumof5yearsofexperienceasa
  
  Superintendentintheconstructionindustry,withafocusonscheduling.
• Bachelor’sdegreeinconstructionmanagement,Civil Engineering,orarelatedfieldpreferrednotrequired.
• Strongproficiencyinschedulingsoftware,specifically
  
  Microsoft
  
  Project,andprojectmanagementtools,particularly
  
  Procore.
• In-depthknowledgeofconstructionprocesses,building codes,andsafetyregulations.
• Excellent leadership,organizational,andcommunicationskills.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solving abilities,withaproactiveapproachtochallenges.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandprioritieseffectively.
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretconstructionblueprintsanddocuments.
• ObtainOSHAcertificationsandothersafetyqualifications.
• Valid driver'slicenseandabilitytotraveltojobsitesasrequired.
