Key Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for earthwork, utilities, and paving projects.
• Utilize HCSS (Heavy Bid, Heavy Job) to assess materials, labor, and project needs.
• Prepare timely and accurate bid proposals.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications for precise cost calculations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability.
• Identify project risks and optimize cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to align estimates with project goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on estimating activities.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a Civil Estimator with expertise in HCSS.
• In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and cost structures.
• Proficiency in Heavy Bid, Heavy Job, and other estimating tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
