Sr Superintendent

We’re seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial and data center projects in the Reno area. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule, and production while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

• Lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
• Drive project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics
• Champion a strong safety culture and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and stakeholders
• Resolve field challenges and keep projects moving forward

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects or data centers
• Proven experience leading large, complex builds
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and sequencing
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, shop drawings, and project schedules
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
