The Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with 57 years of experience, ideally in beauty, luxury, or lifestyle, to develop creative execution across packaging, retail, visual merchandising, and digital retail assets within the brand's 360 campaigns. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will ensure all creative work aligns with the brand's elevated aesthetic and strategy, delivering a cohesive and premium customer experience across all touchpoints.
Duties And Responsibilities:- Translate brand campaigns across packaging, retail, digital, and event environments into consistent, cohesive storytelling.
- Lead design of primary, secondary, and promotional packaging from concept through production (mechanicals, proofing, and press-ready files).
- Develop in-store visuals, signage, planograms, seasonal merchandising guidelines, and display graphics.
- Adapt retail concepts for digital platforms, including product pages, campaign landing pages, PDPs, and digital planogram decks.
- Oversee planning and execution of displays for launches, activations, and special events.
- Create visual tools to support sales training and education.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Sales) to ensure seamless storytelling across channels.
- Research competitive retail landscape, identifying trends and inspiration to inform creative direction.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of materials, engineering, and timing constraints to ensure realistic, high-quality execution.
- Manage creative development and production timelines to support retail features.
- Oversee external vendors, ensuring quality, budget, and brand consistency.
- Prepare production-ready files, technical drawings, and review prototypes for accuracy and finish quality.
- Maintain asset libraries and ensure organized, up-to-date content for internal and external use.
