Pay – $19.00/hr.

Integr8staff seeks a motivated and dependable Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries via phone and electronically related to their product line. This role will involve assisting new and existing customers by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, locating dealers, processing orders, providing troubleshooting tips, helping diagnose technical issues and assisting with repair requests of power tools.

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers related to power tools
• Respond timely to customer email enquiries
• Explain usage and warranty information to customers
• Distribute orders to appropriate departments
• Follow up on voicemail messages
• Process warranty claims
• Complete various reports using MS Excel
• Think creatively to solve complex problems
• Collaborate with departments outside of customer service to help resolve issues
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable about new product releases
• Perform additional tasks as needed

• High School diploma is required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Hands‑on electric, power tools usage experience required
• Positive attitude, friendly personality, and passion for working with people
• Diplomatic, patient, and a good listener
• Ability to multi‑task and strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience using power tools, professionally or personally, is a plus
• Prior experience in tool repair or rental repair is a plus
• Experience using multiple computer systems and multiple monitors
