Front Desk

Job Summary

The Member Services Representative - Front Desk creates a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and prospects by delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting club cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Greet members, guests, and prospects

* Handle all front desk activities

* Respond to member questions and concerns

* Answer phones promptly

* Check in members and update accounts

* Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours

* Assist with cleaning and organizing the club

Qualifications and Requirements

* Prior customer service experience preferred

* Basic computer proficiency

* Passionate about fitness and health

* Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

* Reliable, punctual, and professional

* High school diploma or GED equivalent required

* Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands

* Remain standing or walking for extended periods

* Frequent communication, in-person and via phone

* Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

* Handle cleaning chemicals or biohazards safely
