Peppermillcareers is looking for a Reservation Agent to provide efficient and friendly service to guests contacting the Call Center for hotel reservations. This in-person position requires excellent communication skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. Customer service experience and the ability to learn various computer applications are preferred.
