Role OverviewAs a Cinemark Team Associate, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our Guests. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about films, special events, and promotions. Your goal is to provide top‑notch quality in every aspect of service, ensuring our Guests have a heroic experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet Guests warmly and professionally.
- Operate Cinemark's POS system for all transactions accurately.
- Verify tickets and guide guests to their respective auditoriums.
- Sell tickets in accordance with all company and safety policies.
- Provide information on movies, pricing, and other theatre‑related inquiries.
- Respond to guest phone calls and inquiries with excellent customer service.
- Conduct theatre inspections to ensure high‑quality experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the theatre, including the lobby, aisles, and restrooms.
- Prepare food and operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Regularly sanitize high‑contact areas for Guest and Employee safety.
- Observe and report safety or security issues to management.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when assigned.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Complete necessary food handling training and obtain any local or state food permits as required.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable attendance.
- Show an energetic and friendly attitude in every interaction.
- Deliver outstanding Guest service consistently.
- Communicate effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
- Work well in both team settings and independently.
- Follow directions promptly and accurately.
- Handle cash and perform basic math confidently.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly standing, walking, and reaching in the theatre.
- The noise level may vary from moderate to high.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
