Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Service Greeter who will welcome customers with a warm greeting, obtain vehicle information, scan VIN using iPad, upload vehicle into the system, and introduce the customer to a Service Advisor to help with vehicle care.

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Refs to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
• Notifies dispatcher of incoming work.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps work area clean.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player dedicated to exemplary customer service.

• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Perform repetitive body movements such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast‑paced walking, and light jogging when necessary.
• Lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
• May be exposed to weather with extreme temperature ranges.
