Spa Reservation Agent

Overview

Atlantis is currently seeking a Spa Reservation Agent. The Reservation Agent is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional guidance regarding spa procedures and services, as well as booking all spa treatments.

• Schedules Spa/Salon appointments and makes reservations.
• Makes and confirms all Spa appointments to maintain the appointment calendar.
• Assists walk- in guests who do not have appointments and books them as soon as possible.
• Ensures timely services to all guests, keeping a scheduled timeline to accommodate the optimal number of guests.
• Maintains knowledge of all services and products offered at the Spa.
• Promotes the sale of additional Spa services and ensures appropriate stock of supplies.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area; assists with the appearance and cleanliness of the Spa.
• May be required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
• Clear speaking voice with strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (Office, Word, Excel, HAL, LMS, Hotel Extranets).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
• Must adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
