Customer Service Teller

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide excellent service in a professional and friendly manner
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, money orders, and prepaid cards
• Promote and explain services to meet customer needs
• Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
• Assist with general cleaning to maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to type at least 25 WPM
• Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure
• A team player with a professional and positive attitude
• Previous customer service, sales, or cash handling experience is a plus

• Starting pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

• Must be able to work any shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED
• Able to stand for long periods (2–3 hours between breaks) and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be comfortable performing light cleaning duties
