Customer Return Representative

$16.50 per hour (Up to $1,000 Retention Bonus, Shift Premium may apply). We’re hiring immediately.

Assist customers with vehicle returns at airport locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, vehicle condition, and checking cars into the computer system. Ensure efficient and accurate processing while delivering friendly customer service.

• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular on‑site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• Six months retail or customer service experience is a bonus
